Let's Train!

Before the training starts, we’ll take you through a comprehensive movement assessment using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This allows us to assess your needs and create a personalized plan, and tailor workouts specifically to your needs and your goals.

Each session is tailored to help you move confidently and efficiently in all aspects of life.

Your sessions can include:

  • Strength Training to build and maintain muscle mass, address imbalances, and support overall physical resilience.

  • Core Training to strengthen your core, enhancing stability and power for more effective workouts.

  • Flexibility & Mobility Training to improve range of motion and ease of movement, reducing discomfort and keeping your body moving smoothly.

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Training to build strength, stamina, and balance for everyday movements, from lifting groceries to enjoying outdoor adventures.

 My aim is to create a supportive environment where you can thrive in your fitness journey.

Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 sessions are personalized to suit your individual fitness level and goals, ensuring a customized approach to your progress in a private studio setting.

45-Minute 1-on-1 Training

60-Minute Partner Training

  • 5-10 Sessions: $90.00 CAD per session

  • 10+ Sessions: $80.00 CAD per session

  • 20+ Sessions: $70.00 CAD per session

  • Flat rate of $75.00 CAD per session

  • 5-10 Sessions: $120.00 CAD per session ($60.00 CAD per person)

  • 10+ Sessions: $100.00 CAD per session ($50.00 CAD per person)

  • 20+ Sessions: $90.00 CAD per session ($45.00 CAD per person)
